Eric Metcalf is the small-groups champion for Community Christian Church in Naperville, Illinois, and provides leadership for the small-group directors at each of its eight locations in the Chicago area. Eric is also the small-groups director for CCC's Naperville campus, in which capacity he oversees over 100 small groups.
